Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds too! After placing an order, there is a window for cancellation. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to discuss options.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for fast and convenient service right to your door. For customers outside the GTA, we also provide global shipping via mail. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive depending on the destination. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within 2 business days. Delivery time will then depend on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Standard shipping and expedited options are available, allowing you to choose the speed that best meets your needs.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with a cigar box purchased from Cigar Bar, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full credit or refund. You’re welcome to try one (1) cigar from the box; if you decide it’s not to your liking, you may return the remaining cigars in their original, intact condition for a refund or credit.

Please note: Returns are accepted only if the remaining cigars are in their original cellophane wrappers, and assorted individual cigars cannot be returned.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
